After 3 months and nearly $3500 worth of repairs I was able to fix or replace the severely damaged electrical wiring loom that was completely ruined by R&T. I also found several missing bolts and gas leaking after R&T. Not to mention the $800 rear wheel and fender that was damaged when the R& T used zip ties on the rear light he installed. I also found that R&T messed up my front forks when he supposedly changed my fork oil and springs. The seals he used were crap and only lasted about a month so everything had to be completely redone. Need the best shop in town? I recommend MOTIV Cycleworks as they were able to completely repair and in some instances upgrade the loom which was shredded beyond use by R&T. Do not used R&T unless you want terrible customer service and half-ass mechanic work. read more

If you are looking for competent work and good customer service, I recommend you consider my experience. I hired R&T to perform a pre purchase inspection on a used bike I was interested in buying. John at R&T said the bike looked great and was good to go besides needing a new rear tube, which was negligible to me. I purchased the bike and was billed $75 by R&T for their service. Soon after, I was surprised to find a bolt connecting the rear subframe to the frame was not only missing but the place on the frame for the bolt to be screwed in to was broken off meaning it needed to be repaired via welding. I headed back to R&T to find out how this was missed, when I showed John the picture he said "no worries, we will get this fixed for you. Drop the bike off whenever". Given this response, I was under the impression this repair was going to be done for free since they missed an obvious issue. When I came to pick up the bike, I was surprised to learn I was going to be charged $305 for fixing an issue I had already paid them to find. When I expressed my dismay, John became defensive and began to rattle off all the stuff he had looked at on the bike, but never would fully accept blame for missing an obvious issue. He said "the seller didn't mention this issue to him" which is the ENTIRE reason I had the bike looked at by a professional. Had I known about this issue before the purchase, I would have had leverage with the seller to negotiate the price down. Instead, I was told the bike was "good to go". I explained all of this to John, but he was unwilling to do anything other than take $50 off my bill, less than the price of the low quality inspection. read more

The service here is absolutely deplorable. Do yourself, and your bank account (owner likes to double charge) a favor and never bring your motorcycle here. I dropped off my motorcycle for new tires. I did not get the tires that were agreed upon when I dropped off my bike and he also changed the low, but not done rear brake pad. He did this without even so much as calling me, then wanted me to pay him an extra $109.90. He took off $20 dollars as if that was any compensation. After leaving I realized on my receipt he added up $64.90 in brake parts, which I didn't want or ask for, twice! I returned a few days later as I was out of town for work purposes to try and atleast resolve the over payment of $64.90 he did nothing but cuss and scream at me. I told him it was really a civil issue and I really just wanted the 64.90 as I didn't have to pay him for the rear brake pad at all. He continued to scream and cuss and tell me I couldn't count and what was written on the receipt didn't matter because he was right and I was stupid. He screamed he would see me in court because he loves that. This is where I said "I'm sure you must go a lot" which probably wasn't necessary but I did. He then slammed $30 dollars on the counter and said there's your $40. As for my bike, the front wheel is not balanced and shakes while riding. My brakes did not work at all hardly because there was oil or a lubricant all over the rotors, front and back. I'm going to guess it's fork oil because my fork is extremely soft now. Long story short, don't go here. Save yourself the money and time. The owner/mechanic is extremely unprofessional and will cheat and steal money from you, as well as leave your motorcycle in a much worse condition than it was when you dropped it off. I should've know when I dropped off my bike and he was rude but it's a lesson learned. This place was recommended to me by someone else who had gotten tires there but I know for fact neither of us will return. Please learn from my loss and go somewhere else, anywhere else really. I was hoping to support a small business as opposed to going to Harley but at this point I don't even know how Road & Track has been open as long as it has. read more

Where to begin. I took in a scooter to have repaired..it took a year and a half for him to finish.. He said he had to special order some parts. What from China? I could have manufactured them myself in that time. It came back filthy..then he charged me for a new battery. pos. broke off my shift and brake knobs...and then after 2 weeks ..it stopped running again. John Judy has an awful attitude as well. He was cussing one time on the phone as I walked in...I should have known better to think he was professional..but not many places work on scooter in Edmond. So.
