One of the guys from another team had to come out to show him what he was doing wrong. He was very disrespectful of my property, broke a sentimental concrete ornament and left trash everywhere. Trash included broken pipes, cups, paper and cigarette butts. They left an open trench on the side of my house after they said everything was complete. This was a nightmare. They didn't waste any time adding charges for debris removal.

There was a problem with the wiring and they were able to place a temporary pump in the system until they could get the parts they need to fix it. They returned the next business day and within an hour had everything refurbished and working as good as new. The final bill came in a few hundred dollars less than the original estimate, so I was pleased with that.
