Usually as women we are often overcharged and taken advantage of regarding car issues but he was nice enough to be honest, offer a temporary solution and help me resolved my problem for good. I called on the way to make sure they could install a new battery if needed. Mike answered and was incredibly helpful from the start. When I arrived, he walked me through the battery options and explained the warranties clearly. Before selling me anything, though, he said he wanted to test the battery first to be certain that was actually the issue. I am so grateful he did. The battery tested just fine. The real culprit was the alternator. Instead of selling me something I did not need, he made sure I had the right information to move forward. Honest service like that matters. I spoke with Jennifer this morning regarding a battery warranty replacement that I was hoping to complete at Pep Boys 280 seeing as though they were closer to me and honored the warranty I have through Interstate. Pep Boys did not have the correct battery I needed so I had to drive to Interstate to have them test and warranty out the battery. Jennifer, Nate and Ryan quickly resolved my issue and answered a few minor questions that I had with the process of going through the affiliate shops/businesses with the warranty.
