Got a four wheel alignment and vehicle wouldn't line up properly because he said one tire, then all four tires, were bad. The tires were a week old. Two days later we took the vehicle back to the place we bought the tires. They rotated and balanced and found no problem. They said a full alignment wasn't done. They just did the toe, not the camber and caster. When we left there the vehicle pulled extremely to the right. Took it to A+ Tire and Automotive, and they did it right, even giving out the computer printout showing how much each part had to be aligned. I DO NOT believe Durrell did it right! We will never go back to that place! read more

At the suggestion of my supervisor (G. Thompson) I took my car in.. honestly I didn't have high expectations because of previous experiences with other mechanic shops. But I was completely blown away with the level of service and expertise that I was shown.. after receiving a quote Mr. Durrell allowed me time to decide if I wanted my car repaired.. I returned my car on Wednesday and received a call on Friday that my car was ready.. It was less than what I expected to pay.. THAT ITSELF IS A PLUS! I never felt pressured or felt like the staff was trying to upsell or do unnecessary COSTLY work.. this place is a hidden gem..
