I would hate to be the girl that only started recently and doesn't know how to do very many things. She tries her best to help as much as she can, though. There's one woman in there who was super knowledgeable and remembered my wife from a few days ago. She remembered details about us from all the hundreds people she's seen between then and now. Really exemplary staff. They need more people and some better resources. I sure do appreciate their efforts though.

Oh no! 8:10? Nope. 8:20? Still no. My son and I arrived at 8am and there was a crowd of people waiting for them to open, we finally left at 8:30 am and they STILL were not open!!!
