He does not listen to a word you say. The initial contract he sent me for my real estate purchase was all wrong because he did not listen. Then I had to pretty much beg him to correct the contract till he finally sent it and it was still all wrong because he has poor listening skills. Afterward I told him I no longer wanted him to represent me and asked him to send me an itemized receipt and refund for services not rendered because he did absolutely nothing for me besides waste my time and he has since ignored all of my emails, calls, voicemails and texts. DO NOT waste your time and money on him. He will steal your money and ignore you.
