On May 7, we requested an itemized invoice detailing the legal services rendered. We were informed by the receptionist that it was "being worked on." However, as of May 22, we still had not received the requested documentation. When I contacted the office again to follow up, the conversation became contentious with both the reception staff and Mr. Greenwald himself. We were informed that we were "not the clients," despite being individuals who contributed financially to the services and who had consistently sought clarification and updates throughout the process. Overall, we found the communication, professionalism, and transparency demonstrated by this office to be inadequate. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend their services.
