From start to finish, Mark Hussain helped up with choosing our carpet, installation and making a runner from our leftover carpet. Mark was very accommodating and updated us throughout the whole process and made sure our carpets were installed by "our schedule" as we had a vacation planned and wanted to get them installed before leaving. I lucked out when Jordans was having a 60% off clearance sale to get a $370 rug that was originally $925. I found it on their website and went in to order it, a gentleman named Nick helped track one down (the last one!) and had it shipped in to the store for me to pick up. The sales associate who assisted us was friendly and helpful, but we decided to come back another day to consider our options before making the purchase. When we returned, we were assisted by Amer who was just as helpful and friendly as the sales associate we met on our initial visit. We made the purchase that day for delivery the next and added on the pick up service they offer for a fee. Amer was proactive with calling beforehand to ensure that we would be home to receive the delivery, and we managed to set a time that would work for the both us. The pick up and drop off went well. We were in a building with no elevator so we decided to carry our futon down to the entrance before their arrival. Once they got here, they carried the sofa bed all the way up our staircase and into our suite. Overall, I would definitely recommend shopping at this store if you're looking for furniture. The prices are reasonable, service is excellent, and the process was efficient!

A store that specializes in selling Canadian-made furniture. You can choose the fabric from their…read morepanel, and you can customize however you like for a fee. They also sell non-Canadian made furniture as well but without customizations. There is no pressure to buy in the store and Irina is super knowledgeable and helpful. You're allowed to sit on all the couches for as long as you want. We went in wanting a Canadian-made couch but none of the ones we sat on we liked. We decided to go with a non-Canadian made sofa called "Kendra." However, when we received it, the tag said Ashley Furniture. We looked up the couch and it turns out it is indeed Ashley's "Kennewick" sofa which sells for $300 less than Pallucci. That is when we found out Pallucci sells other furniture stores' couches with increased pricing and a name change. That was very deceiving and disappointing. What is even worse is that Pallucci only gives a 1 year warranty on the couches that are not Canadian made. However, Ashley furniture (where the couch is from) gives a 3 year warranty. Pallucci has all their deliveries go through Marble Moving. I am not sure what kind of information Pallucci has given but Marble had the wrong couch and the wrong delivery date in their system. They also rarely take calls so we spent several days calling them just to clarify things. However, the movers themselves were nice and careful. If you are wanting Canadian-made then you may want to give this store a try. Otherwise, please do a reverse google image search on all of their couches. Chances are you can find it elsewhere for cheaper. On the plus side, there is free parking in the back. ---Aug 20 2023 Edit-- The owner is very nice and wanted to make amends for what happened. I was refunded the difference between Pallucci's price and Ashley's price. He told me that although they don't hide that they sell other furniture stores' furniture, and they will only tell you where it is from if you ask. He only buys the ones that he knows are good quality. He clarified that they will do price matching on items that are still in stock in the other furniture's website. I have changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars because the Owner has admitted the misunderstanding and wanted to correct it. I think an improvement is to be more open about where the furniture is from. Having it in the price tag of the product would be good. I had really assumed that Pallucci was selling Pallucci-made Furniture and I think many people also think as I do - even when I look at used furniture on Craiglist/Marketplace, people write "couch from Pallucci".

He gave us printouts of the styles we liked and price listed. We compared his selection, quality, price, delivery with the big box name stores. Lifetime Home Furnishings was the best value and selection. We ordered a full grain leather electric recliner loveseat. It's custom made overseas. Vikas told us it will take about 3 - 4 months. When the loveseat arrived in his warehouse, Vikas called and arranged delivery and setup. Delivery was in the early evening. If you need your old sofa dumped, Vikas charged a very reasonable fee for the pickup. We donated our old but still good sofa to a charity. We are very happy and pleased with our purchase. DO NOT GET THE WARRANTY!…read more Not honest and true to their word. Read the details carefully, they will yap some BS to secure the sale and warranty and then GASLIGHT you when you call them out. They upsell you on warranty and tell you a bunch of things are covered under the warranty. By the time you need the warranty for those things and you call them to talk about it, they tell you that your specific issue is not covered. Both my wife and I remember the conversation vividly and we were told "No, I would never have said that issue is covered".
