There was no communication between Richard Jorgensen and I besides for the first call we had. I had an appointment with the doctor who was supposed go over my images of my torn ligament in my knee and recommend a date for surgery. Yet, I was told by the receptionist that my appointment was cancelled and that I need to speak with my attorney about getting it approved. I had her to call Richard directly and she called me right back and told me that he said I wasn't approved for surgery. So I reached out to Richard, and he told me he didn't say that and to send me the number and he would get it handled. Over a month has gone by and I've reached out to him twice to no availability. I'm beyond frustrated with him and the fact that it's been over a month and a half and I still haven't gotten a response. Please do not use this lazy attorney. He will not be attentive to your situation. I've never been more dissatisfied with a service in my entire life. I gave him over a month before leaving this bad review and I feel bad for the other attorneys working there, but Richard had his chance to help me and he chose not too. Do not use this guy.
