There was little to no clear distinction between returnable and non-returnable merchandise, and one of the items even appeared to include a return option, which made the policy even more confusing and misleading. When I received the dresses, I was not satisfied with the quality or fit and attempted to initiate a return, only to be told the items were not eligible. I feel the website presentation was unclear and failed to properly inform customers before purchase. Customer service has been unhelpful in resolving the issue, which has only added to my frustration. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and would strongly encourage other shoppers to carefully review every detail before purchasing from this retailer.

I decided to stop giving my business to this laundromat/cleaners for a couple of reasons. The…read morefirst time I dropped off some clothing items for dry cleaning (jeans, shorts) I was given a one-week turnaround time. There was no special care required for the jeans other than a request for laundry. It was not during any holiday or shutdown time. How ridiculous!!! Secondly, the laundromat is primarily frequented by minorities which is why I think the owner isn't concerned with repairing so many of the machines that have been unoperable for several months. After frequencing the facility for nearly a year and still seeing the same washers and dryers out of order, I inquired with the manager on duty as to why the machines weren't repaired timely which would speed up the wait time during peak hours? The woman became offensive and lied and stated that one washer cost $50,000 to repair. Now, we all know that is not true and most laundromat facilities rent the machines and there are service agreements in place for repairs. As well, I usually frequent the laundromat at night and the floors and machines are not always clean, despite staff being present but usually in the office with the door closed and on the phone on personal phone calls. The onsite manager was so offended by my timely repair question that she became unruly and unprofessional and then talked about my inquiry to a hispanic employee who decided to pick up the unprofessionalism and challenge me also. At the end of the day, my money matters and I choose to spend it where I receive good customer service and feel valued as a customer.

Here's what I was charged: Cashmere sweater: $7.10 Linen romper: $9.50 Blouse: $5.10 What I find unique is that they attach a permanent label with a barcode on the tag of your item so it can never get lost. It's a great way to reduce usage of those annoying paper tags. If you are very particular about how the tags look on your clothing, or if you want to keep the tags in perfect condition, then I don't recommend bringing your items here as this method appears non-negotiable. One review mentioned how parking can be difficult, which I can confirm is valid. I've been very lucky to be able to visit during off peak Starbucks hours, so I never experienced not being able to park. But if you hate dealing with traffic and difficult parking, I'd avoid coming by this place in the morning.

When I brought the garments in for inspection as they requested, they were only glanced at briefly before my claim was denied. A few things stood out. Their website gives conflicting information about the cleaning process, stating in one place that only water, biodegradable soap, and steam are used, while I was told in person they use a hydrocarbon process. The site also still lists the previous owner's contact information. The staff were polite but noncommittal, and I left with no resolution, out the cost of the cleaning plus two ruined garments. I gave them a fair chance to make it right and they chose not to. I'd encourage others to photograph and document the condition of anything they drop off.

Even when I was polite and simply wanted to work toward a solution, she became very defensive instead of acknowledging that an alteration didn't turn out as expected. Sometimes alterations don't work the first time, and I would have appreciated hearing, "We tried, it didn't work--let's see how we can make it right." Instead, she seemed more focused on defending the original alteration, even when it clearly hadn't resolved the issue. I also had to return for redos because I found pins left in my clothes after alterations, which had never happened in my previous experiences there. It also seemed like there may be a communication gap between the person taking the measurements and the seamstress completing the work. It's disappointing because this was my trusted alteration shop for years, but after this experience, I won't be returning.

First of all, I didn't ask for "jacket" pricing and again, I explained each coat in detail. Second, neither were as he assumed with "massive lint, hair, and stains." One was brand new and I wanted it cleaned prior to wearing for the first time and the other had been stored away and smelled a bit dusty. I wouldn't trust this business to honor or provide consistent pricing. I wish I had an experience like those who rated so highly, but that definitely wasn't the case.
