Unfortunately we did not find a perfect fit, however, the selection at Dillards for evening gowns and Special Occasions is tremendous. I appreciate the fact they dedicated a portion of the store to Juniors sizes. Many of the other department stores have gotten rid of Juniors/ Misses and have merged styles with Women's clothing. Reputable retailers typically make this information highly visible on the product page and during checkout, but that was not my experience here. There was little to no clear distinction between returnable and non-returnable merchandise, and one of the items even appeared to include a return option, which made the policy even more confusing and misleading. When I received the dresses, I was not satisfied with the quality or fit and attempted to initiate a return, only to be told the items were not eligible. I feel the website presentation was unclear and failed to properly inform customers before purchase. Customer service has been unhelpful in resolving the issue, which has only added to my frustration. When you're a girl, it's easy to find jeans in the $80-and-up price range. I've noticed stores that used to be affordable have really crept their prices up lately (Express and Banana Republic being two HUGE offenders IMO). Well, if I'm going to spend $100 or more on a pair of blue jeans, I darn well would like to have a wide selection of brands, fits, washes, and lengths! Enter The Buckle! The primary focus here is on the jeans. They have Big Star, Lucky, Miss Me, and more in terms of designer brands, and they also sell their own brand, BKE. Yes, designer jeans are expensive, but finding jeans you LOVE rather than "I guess these fit ok" is worth the price. The store also sells bathing suits, tops, outerwear, acessories, and shoes by popular brands. The sales staff is all incredibly friendly and willing to help. They will grab you different sizes, and they are knowledgeable enough to look at what you're trying on and recommend other brands or styles that you might like. They really know their fits too. Best of all is their punch-card program. For every $10 you spend, you get a punch on your card. After 20 punches, you get $10 off any purchase. You can use multiple cards to get even more of a discount, which is really nice. I mentioned once, while paying, that I tend to forget to bring my punch cards in and found out that they will even keep your cards for you in the store to prevent that happening (SO glad to know I'm not the only one, haha)! I chatted to an Athleta customer service rep before going to Southpoint to confirm. They confirmed. The woman working here let me know that, because I wore the item more than once, it's not "really" returnable. And that the pilling on my leggings are normal "wear and tear". (I'll note: i typically love Athleta but I've had some leggings for 5+ years with zero pilling...Athleta leggings should not pill). She said returns/exchanges are up to store discretion, contrary to the global return policy. And her decision was to not accept my leggings. What made matters worse was when she picked up the phone, held it to her ear, clearly about to take another call -- all while I was talking to her. It was clear she was trying to end the conversation and rush me out. I knew this person was wrong, so I called the Athleta customer service dept on the drive home, who confirmed that this person was indeed wrong. In their words: "She should have accepted your leggings." They offered to call her directly and read her the policy, or help me resolve the issue via email. I chose the latter -- mostly because this person made me pretty uncomfortable in-store. I normally love Athleta, but this woman's attitude was pretty rough and her refusal to honor Athleta's exchange policy was just not ok. Thankfully, Athleta corporate came through.

Next time I need something in that department I will definitely stop by. The prices are below Lululemon and in range of Nike and New Balance. My swimsuit top was around $60 and the bottom $50.
