If information was missing, they quickly let us know so that we could correct it. When the suits arrived, all but 1 fit well. The 1 had a zipper malfunction that was corrected before the wedding so that even if there was a still a problem, there would've been time to correct that too. All in all, our experience was great. Nice people who knew what they were doing. I would recommend Black Tie Formal Wear for others just based off our experience. If you see them at a wedding event, GO TO THEIR BOOTH. I received a little over $10. Text message communication was nice. The wait for them to tell me when to come back was about 15-20 mins. Overall I was satisfied. Taylor was pleasant and there were no complaints.

A female entered the store after us, and the owner totally disregarded us and took the girl with her. When we were looking for dressed she was telling the other girl I'm the owner and i can negotiate the price. But did not speak to me or my mother or even acknowledge my sister. After trying on 6 dresses my sister insisted that we try another store because she felt uncomfortable because the owner made her feel out of place. Even after trying on all those dresses not once did she come over to us. I am upset and hurt my family and I have been purchasing dresses from this company for years and we truly feel discriminated against. My sister is 16 and was truly hurt by this situation. Thank goodness for Maura, who was so kind and welcoming that we wouldn't have remained as long without her. I hope the owner changes her ways because she was truly disgusting.

The parking lot and overflow were full and when we walked in it was very overwhelming with us being used to being helped right away and having an assigned person to help. Laci (I believe ) helped us at the beginning as we looked lost and overwhelmed then Ally took over and we had her full and undivided attention. Thankfully. She was very knowledgeable in fitting my son with his correct size, gave her opinion on best color to match his dates dress etc she answered all the questions we had and we felt at ease being there and having her help us. The suit side was tame compared to the dress side. We ended up buying a whole suit, vest, white shirt, 2 ties (we couldn't decide on the color) and 2 pocket chiefs. All for $275 which is less than what we paid to rent at MW. And my son will have this suit until he outgrows it. Perfect for upcoming clubs and interviews his senior year next year.
