First, the workers have 0 people skills. They act like they do not need your money. I went in to buy my grandsons each a white and a blue spread collar 15 1/2 33 shirts and wanted them monogrammed on cuffs their initials. One white shirt looked off white and collar not neat. I asked for another white shirt and he said he did not have one but they would order one. I picked up shirts today and one off white and wrinkled at neck with no plastic in neck was in my bag. i called manager over and voiced this looks like the shirt I did not want and you were suppose to order one. He put plastic in neck and it did not help that was not a new ordered shirt and they had it monogrammed. I paid $457.92 for four shirts and each monogrammed on sleeve. One white one is not acceptable but he is not willing to acknowledge they are trying to give me a second rate quality shirt. I want the CEO of Brooks Brothers to know this. I don't normally review places that aren't restaurant/hospitality oriented, but I feel like I should take the time to give these guys a 5 star review. We stopped here on the way home from Lexington, VA. It was a cold, wet, snowy, yes snowy, April afternoon. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted, and immediately were helped by an outgoing, pleasant gentleman (forgot his name!!). He assisted in picking out what we needed, and we got it fitted by the funny and sweet tailor there. Another gentleman asked if we wanted hot chocolate or coffee while we were being helped, thumbs up. Upon leaving, the two men who we had interacted with us talked a little about a local university of interest, providing some interesting expertise. They said they would ship us the outfit, and low and behold it was at my doorstep a few weeks later, ironed and pressed. This experience at Brooks Brothers blew my mind and I would absolutely stop back again. Two thumbs way up. read more

I have always loved this store in Greensboro. It has always had top notch service and I always felt that this was a store for gentlemen. Today's purchase was far different than any other trip I have made to this store. I stopped in to buy handkerchiefs and needed a few buttons. It felt very much as if I was a problem for the employees rather than a customer. Instead of the superior shopping experience that I have always had at Brooks Brothers, I simply had a transaction. Great customer service. Knowledgeable sales staff. Expert tailors. Best designed ties in the market. No-iron shirts require some ironing, but very little. This is the place to buy suits, regardless of your body type. They have a style that will fit you, from fat man's sack suit to the skinny Italian style. Good selection for those in the middle of those two extremes. Pricey, but if you shop the sales, you can get a great deal. read more
