I decided to check them out when a girl in my bootcamp class had on these screaming pink nikes and she said she had gotten them at Gabes for 30bucks. I was like wow! That's pretty awesome. I even went so far as to ask what size was she. I'm an 11 and it usually hard to get shoes for me, just the way it is. I walked in and was immediately impressed. Everything is relatively organized and very easy to find. Very very fairly priced! I mean down to the dime! Name brands galore I loved it! It could be said that if…read moreyou've been to one Old Navy you've been to them all, which I kind of agree, but I was kind of impressed with the selection this store has (speaking specifically about the men's department, of course). This Old Navy is located in the Valley Mall, which is an outdoor shopping plaza in Morgantown. The store itself is rather sprawling, or at least it gives the appearance of that. One thing I thought bothersome was there were a few instances that I saw things I liked that had a big sale marker above it, but no price. When I'd ask the associate to ring the item for me, which they did without hesitation, I'd find out the item really wasn't on sale and the sign was not applicable. I couldn't really argue because there was no price listed there anyway so really it was my loss. The store has a nice clearance selection, probably one of the most comprehensive I've ever seen. It's well organized and really has a ton of different items in varying sizes. Many times I come to Old Navy and the clearance is all one size items, but not here. Anyone can find something back in their clearance. I did end up finding something I thought I needed. There was no line at the checkout and I was in and out within seconds really. The staff was friendly, there wasn't really much mess such as unfolded clothing everywhere. It was a nice location that I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for at. Even with it being back to school time when I was there, it wasn't busy, which is good in my book.

Whenever I'm in a mall that has a "Shoe Department" near my hometown, I always tend to avoid it. We…read morehave quite a few of these, but they either have footwear that isn't my size, or isn't my design/style, or something else that makes me cringe and wish I didn't own a pair from a store of this notability. However, when we were in this store the other day at the Morgantown Mall and knew I needed a pair of sandals for our annual summer trip into the nearby city of Fairmont, WV (we didn't stay long thereafter due in part to our family's needs not being fulfilled and most of us being bored), I decided to end and try to find a pair. But when I went in, I was amazed by their selection of men's sandals. Though not name-brand items on sandals(I ended up buying a pair of Northside sandals), I do feel like these are quite stylish and built for needs only. I had some ideas in mind that I wanted to fulfill for, having had dark colored sandal problems before that caused medical problems on my feet in years past. I looked for light colored sandals on both the inner sole, as well as a light colored webbing on the outside with other light colors that looks a little stylish. And while I'm not truthfully too happy with the design on the sole (feeling rough), I'll be happy to get through this summer with them.) The signs gave me a price range that I was willing to pay for. Although I would have known for these shoes to have been cheaper at my local store, this one was a little higher-priced for the design. This is about the only downfall here. Signs were widely visible and it didn't take me long to spot a pair that actually fit my design, size and budget. Although I was never greeted by any employee to help me select one, the first time I was greeted by one was at the register. The employee was off helping other customers and took a minute or so to come up to the register to assist. He recognized I existed, but it took a moment to notice me at the register and ready to pay. He rung up the sandals, and, handing him a fifty dollar bill, said that he didn't have a twenty, but could make do with other change types - handing me back a wide range of $5s and a few singles and some coins. All in all - a very successful visit. Yes, I probably spent more than I should have for only a few months of the year where I live - but this visit sure changed my viewpoint on this type of store to something a little better, after being in an area of the state that I wished I didn't have to go to/through for a vacation for a day or so.
