I love how LOFT clothes fit and I feel like their sizing is true to size. I wear a size 6 and their size 6 jeans were spot on. Store was very clean, very organized and really well-lit. My only complaint is the employees were a bit standoffish, particularly a petite older lady. She just was not very friendly and seemed irritated to be bothered by a paying customer... I'll continue to shop at LOFT, but won't expect a lot of smiles or great customer service.

Standard prices at ATL are not something I'll usually pay (except for the aforementioned killer jeans), so their 20% off coupons which arrive in the mail are my constant shopping companions. The employees here are very cool about hooking you up with the best deal for you: at least twice I've shopped with a 20% off coupon, but on those particular days ATL had another sale going on which saved me more money...they told me to bring the coupon back another day. I love my StyleFinder clothes and I finally put my finger on it the other day...the difference! Since I've had help from someone picking out the right sizes and styles for me, even if I am at my heavier weight, I don't feel fat. How much is that worth ladies? Some of my StyleFinder skirts and dresses have linings in them that help create a nice, tucked in shape without feeling tight or restrictive in any way. Most all of the clothes have a flexible waistline so you're not tugging at it if you gain a few pounds but the clothes are not in any way frumpy! Also, since the staff will help you figure out which pieces are interchangeable, you'll get more bang for your buck...an entire wardrobe, rather than a bunch of random pieces of clothing. I never thought I was a boutique clothing store person and always imagined the clothes were super expensive or kind of on the weird side. Definitely silly, StyleFinder is nothing like that! I told her I did not want a NEW credit card, as I already have a Loft CC - and that I do not want her to 'ding' my credit. She assured me none of that was happening. But that is exactly what she did. Now I am unable to access both the old and the new accounts. The CC company nor Loft is able to access either. I have spent 2+ hours on the phone today trying to correct this. So far, I can not access my new (unasked for) account or the old. I am unable to pay the card. All because a sales associate told me something untrue. I will be canceling my card as soon as I pay it. And I doubt I will shop at loft again.

Signed up for their rewards program because you get $10 off a $40 purchase when you sign up. Then the bratty cashier stated that the product was $40 after taxes and did not qualify for the promotion so we left it at that. We check out and as we're walking out we decide to check the receipt and low and behold the jacket price was $42 before taxes. So, we go back and wait in line to receive our $10 off promotion. We got the same cashier and she made no apologies, rolled her eyes directly at us and passed us off to a fellow cashier for a refund. The fellow cashier was just as rude as the first girl. We asked if she's issuing a refund and reprocessing the order and she said "no, that's not what I'm doing", nothing more said. So, I said "oh, okay so are you just issuing the $10 back on the card?". Her response was a very sarcastic "yeah". Wow, just wow. You guys messed up, we waited in line for you to fix your error, we were pleasant about the error you made and all we get left and right was plain rudeness? Hollister? What happened? You use to have semi-friendly employees back in the days. No wonder I stopped coming to your stores. Fix your act or get packing because I know your stores are suffering and your attitude isn't going to keep your stores afloat. That's for sure.

The brunette lady there who assisted us was very helpful. Come with your purse in hand because the prices are on the high end, but many of the gowns are beaded and have built-in bras. Even for the pickiest of ladies or teens, you will find a stunning gown for any formal occasion, including balls, proms, galas, and pageants. Upon arrival Kymberly greeted me warmly and informed me of the 50% off offer when placing an online In Store pick order. 50% on top of already discounted items was a score. I had no idea Lane carried a size 12 and had the size in abundance. This was new news to me. Lane Bryant has stepped out of the shadows of the homely, frumpy 90's style for Plus Sized Women. Prior to visiting, I would not consider myself Plus Sized, but curvy and voluptuous. Lane has arrived. The new styles provide clothing that is functional, comfortable and trendy without sacrificing your self esteem. Their denim collection is high quality featuring fabric that provides stretch and functionality. I saw quite a few pieces I'll have to return to purchase. I purchased a pair of skinny jeans and a cute mock neck knit top with ruching. I saved over $30 this trip.
