Went into Burlington yesterday to look some pants for work. I actually really like this store...it…read morereminds me of a TJ Maxx on steroids. I easily found some pants and went to try them on. The lady servicing the dressing rooms was very professional and considerate. There were a bunch of clothes in the room available and she removed them before I went in so I could have a nice uncluttered room to try things on. Then it went downhill a bit for me. The floor in the dressing room was herendous. Dirty doesn't begin to describe it and it wasn't just the flooring. The dirt and grime moved up the base boards to the bottom of the wall covering and it was literally a grayish black color. Just a recommendation but you may want to have someone professionally come in and clean those rooms. I will go back to shop but it will be worth my time to take the clothes I want home to try them on and then return whatever I don't want so i dont have to go back in those rooms. Come on Burlington let's step up our game. The pricing of the clothing is on point so I'll give you that.

At the store in Silver Spring Maryland I went in I…read moreasked the question about a certain Shoe size and the manager responded pretty Rudely, And it was rude enough to make a customer step in and say something to the manager about her service, And then they started arguing, Then I told the manager that she does not need to raise her tone at the customer who is actually defending me at this point. And the manager gets rude and I asked the manager for her name and she tells me that she does not give her name out and walks away. I pull out my camera to take a picture of her and she hits me and my camera with a shoe and walks off. She's the manager at the Briggs Chaney store in Silver Spring Maryland roughly 50 years old brown skin thin build with a horrible attitude and bad customer service

JCP outsources delivery and that company, Ryder, outsources to other companies. I spent days, literally on hold, had call center employees give me fake numbers and email adreeses for tracking down the orders. I'm now t trying to locate anyone to haul away old mattress which I paid JCP to do. I ordered a rug at the same time. Website still gives an estimated delivery date. I called about it and am told it was delivered. Now have to file a police report to get a $1000 refund for an item that I never received. Never again will I shop JCPenney.
