Needless to say to say we have been back several times since then. Took her in the other day to get her tragus pierced. She said it was her most painful piercing yet. We've only gotten pierced by Harry. I usually call now to make sure he's there because we really enjoy his energy. Always very kind and gentle as possible. He does a great job explaining after care and making sure you are comfortable before the piercing is done. He even showed my daughter how to reduce a keloid she developed from a previous piercing done elsewhere. It's a very laid back vibe there. Even the bathroom decor is well thought out. Whole place is very clean! I'm not a big tattoo person but when I'm ready for another one I'll definitely be going to them as well!

I returned the one earring because I felt the earring was overpriced. To my disappointment the supervisor who informed me that I could return the one earring in as long as it was in the two week period as specified on the receipt. Well, I returned the earring 2 days early and the supervisor changed his story and told me that I couldn't return the item. I will never shop there ever again.
