As we were living in New York, it was challenging coordinating dates to visit houses. Jessica was extremely flexible with her schedule and ensured we saw the houses we were interested in whenever we were visiting. We never felt rushed or a bother when, after many views over many months, we we not seeing a house that suited us. When "the house" did come on the market, Jessica was amazing in coordinating the inspection, booking a plumber and electrician to look at issues, and even went to the Pointe Claire city hall to investigate some issues of concern with the house on our behalf. She advocated for us in optimizing the purchase price given some of the issues with the house, and gently provided us with guidance of what could and couldn't be done. We both really enjoyed our stay here.This place was just built about a year ago, so everything is new. Its only two blocks from Atwatter Metro Station and it has a Starbucks and Adonis supermarket in the same building which we both used almost daily. The condominium has 4 rooftop pools with BBQ Grills, tables, and beautiful views of Montreal. They also have a nice Fitness Center with a sauna, hot tub, and steam room.They also have a lounge area on the 20th floor which overlooks the entire city. This place seems to be soundproof. We didn't hear any street noise and it's located on a busy part of St Catherine. I'm not a Canadian citizen, but if I was I would really look into living at this place. So if you're able to live here, you want regret it. If you just staying in town for a while, there are some tenants that have rentals on Airbnb. If you want the Airbnb listing that I rented from, just PM me and ask.

We came here for our honeymoon and knew that if we were going to be staying in Montreal for more…read morethan a few days, we would need a place with a small kitchen to give our stomachs a break every once in awhile. This little hotel was perfect. Clean, well decorated, and full stocked with cooking and eating utensils, fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster oven, etc. The place is perfect. The bed is comfortable, there are plenty of pillows (a comfortable bed and good pillows are a must for me), and free internet. There aren't many parking spaces around, so if you have a car, let the owner know ahead of time. She let us use her private parking space, which is fine for us, but do call ahead and make sure that there is room. The toilet flushes a little funky, but overall the place is clean and exactly what we need for a slightly longer stay that lets us feel more like living in a home. You will not get daily maid service, but this is fine for us as we usually don't let the maids in when we are in a hotel (it makes us feel pressured to clean up before they come in). However, if you need anything (extra towels for example), the owner is available during business hours. Overall, this is perfect for what we wanted. At a big chain hotel, we would be paying twice the rate to get half the things in terms of size and convenience. Plus, this place is much quieter! No screaming kids running down a hallway outside! I would definitely come back, and it's also nice to know that I'm supporting a small local business.
