Reservations are a must here though, and since we didn't have one, we were lucky to get seated at one of the two tables in the bar area. So the best description I can offer is that the regional Swabian dishes are all taken to "11"--perfectly prepared and tweaked in elegant and delicious ways. Service was perfect. Good wine selection. Dessert was great. This is a Must Eat At place in the area. Even for a more formal setting, was reasonably priced given the level of execution.
