I never heard back (from today it has been 5 weeks since my email submission). Shown in the screenshots. Well, after an incident with my child and his father occurring over this weekend, I urgently need an attorney now and so I decided to call. Upon calling, I don't recall the receptionist's name. However, I stated that I was calling for an attorney and to retain Marilyn York asap. I told her that I had submitted an email via their website platform and never received a response and that was weeks ago. The receptionist replied back "no! That's impossible! I respond to each and every email submission." I responded that that's what happened but regardless I need an attorney asap and asked for the soonest time. After several questions, the receptionist then told me they're super busy and only taking clients that have a personal referral. I was not able to get in for a consultation because I don't have a referral. But their customer service is nearly nonexistent and they don't seem to treat people very kind.
