The poor communication and clear disregard for their clients' lies and breach of contract is what prompted this review. My agent dealt with Andra who took her dear sweet time replying to emails, and frequently failed to return my agents' calls. When all was said and done and I was out $2,000 (due to their seller's breach of contract the DAY of closing) no apologies or empathy was offered. If I could have afforded to take them to court, I would have. The situation was handled very poorly and I will never work with this firm, or any Keller Williams affiliates because of it.
