Great environment and friendly people. The quality of the customer service is great but I wasn't happy with my haircut. If you have curly hair and want more styling options I would recommend somewhere that has more experience since this place seems to only know how to deal with straight hair and coils. Took a chance on a walk in appointment after reading the reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I was immediately greeted by a nice young man who offered me anything from coffee to bourbon while I waited. I loved everything about this place and in 15 minutes I was in a chair and Dustin, my barber, was taking care of me. Fantastic cut and the services they offer are 5 Star. I made an appointment and came in for a beard trim and a head shave. Making the appointment was quick and easy. Zero hassle and the customer service was friendly and answered all questions without any guessing. The hot towel head shave was very relaxing and felt fantastic. Not the closest shave ever, but I was more interested in being pampered, so it was fine by me. The beard trim looked awesome. Trimmed up the beard, styled, all the products used were explained and demonstrated. When I left, I felt confident in my appearance and felt good about how I looked. I recently had my haircut done by Nate and he did a good job. I'm military, so finding a barber that can cut your hair right is a treasure. Well, I set up another appointment with him around 2 weeks out, but ended up having to push out the appointment twice because of work. Which I understand is a inconvenience, and I tip extra whenever I have my next appointment. However when I showed up for the next appointment I was told I didn't have an appointment set up, and was offered to be rescheduled later. I declined, and called a few days later and set up one. Then a few days go by, and I received a phone call today letting me know that my appointment has been canceled, and Nate will not be doing business with me. I was also instructed to find another salon by the woman I spoke with. With all that said, I will not be recommending this Barber to anyone I know. read more

Saw Terry Keck today. My wife scheduled the appointment for me online. After a quick confirmation call, I looked forward to a visit. Arrived and was greeted and treated to a shave, beard trim and style. Not only was Terry knowledgeable about the goods and bads of trimming beards yourself, he took the time to explain why he did things the way he did. Excellent service, easy scheduling, and relaxing environment. The place was full, but didn't feel busy or rushed. I've already booked my next appointment. Terry recommended product and techniques for the problems I was having that worked like a charm. Straight razor trim is a lost art and they practice it in full. Even sorted out my wizard eyebrows. So went in for a haircut and a style a month ago. I had long hair but wanted something shorter with some style. I came out with a crew cut and few nicks to my beard and a frown.I showed Terry a photo giving him a clear idea of what I wanted and he failed. Frankly, I think he made a mistake while cutting my hair and just kept trimming. When I left - I got into my car my friend laughed and said - "If you wanted a crew cut I could have done that for you !'Absolutely would not recommend this place - there is no attention to detail and there pricing considering there skill level is absurd. read more

Showed the guy a picture of last time I got my hair cut from here. He examined it for a good while and said "mm.. okay." I told him explicitly that I wanted it just like that: the last time I got my haircut -- the same haircut I had when I walked in , just a little shorter. Fifteen minutes later he turns me around and I find that my curls had been chopped off and I have a completely different hairstyle!! He even gave me a fade!! I didn't ask for it! He just spun me around and said, "That fade do be looking good tho." It don't be looking good, dude. Don't assume that people want a fade when they say they just want their hair cut a bit shorter than it is when they walk in. My hair doesn't even sit properly anymore. read more
