I waited three months for my new patient appointment and it was soooo worth it. He is the first Dr to take me seriously when I wanted help with my weight problem and I am getting results. He is calm, compassionate, Smart and attentive and I never feel rushed. His staff are top notch and the office feels like Family. He replies quickly to patient portal Requests and Nurse Richard calls after labs have been reviewed if there are issues. I am 75 yrs old and have had many Dr's over the years and he is right at the top for primary care.

You will never feel rushed in her office. That said...be prepared to wait to see her. We are rarely seen on time. The office staff is not the friendliest. Her nurse is always great with the kids. Dr. Arline is super involved with your care so it is comforting to have her when you have an issue. As I sit here waiting ONCE again to see her I tell myself I know the physical she does on my child will be a thorough one. The kids like her too which make going to the doctor with the kids easier. Her nurse knows how to give a ahot so that the kids don't even flinch which is another perk. I would suggest her as a primary care.

Our experience with the office staff was extremely poor. My husband (who has good and bad days…read morebecause he is taking oral chemotherapy for cancer that has metastasisized to his bones) misplaced a referral for me. And,because I was unable to wait (with my husband, who started feeling drained) for a CT Scan up in Clearwater until 6:45 or 7:30 pm, I had to cancel it. We had just started up with Dr Kush Patel's office as our PCP, and this was one of several procedures we'd had to schedule. I was told that my heart had shown a "q-wave" anomaly, and I was told to see a cardiologist. We were to go and have several tests done before we could ever meet with Dr Patel for even the first time! I logged onto their patient portal to request another referral for a CT SCAN and intended to get it right there at Baycare's Bardmoor location--the same place where Dr Patel's office is located because that location is CLOSEST TO US. I had a hard time texting back and forth with whomever handles Patient Portal messages/texts. After that attempt, we were told that Patel's office couldn't take our insurance after 2024. I called our insurance provider (Florida Blue value PPO) to inquire about this and the representative said that it was not true. She put me on hold in order to contact their office. I think she may have spoken to the person who had given me a hard time in the Patient Portal texts. A few days later we received a formal letter from Patel's office saying that Dr Patel (whom we had.not yet even met) would no longer be our PCP and would handle only emergencies for the next 30 days, until we found another PCP. This occurred in November 2024, during the time we were supposed to be choosing our Medicare plan for 2025-as well as whoever our PCP would be! Very poor treatment by that office!!

When I called to correct an issue with my bill I was repeatedly told "we don't do that." A rude staff member went on to say, "listen Dude!" The P.A. was very nice and thorough as well as the attending nurse. I never returned and I'm very happy with my current PCP now.

Simply put, Dr. Kush Patel and the entire staff are awesome! The front desk folks are friendly and efficient. Everything in the office is run right on time. The office atmosphere is friendly and low key. All blood draws are done in house. Their phlebotomists are friendly and expert. Dr. Patel is amiable, caring and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with the entire office visit. I cannot recommend these folks more highly.

When Dr Azneer retired a few years ago i was very sad that he retired because he was the absolutely the best Doctor that i had ever had. I just recently just found a new Doctor, so of coarse they requested my medical records from the same office which is now run by just Doctor Patel. Even though i have, and others doctor offices have requested my Medicals records over the years Dr Patel's office now says that they still have them but it's been too long and that they are not required to sent them to my new doctor who needs to see them. I think that this is very unfair and that if Doctor Azneer was still around he not agree with this policy at all!
