I bought a Groupon back in late March...a "2 massages for $65" deal. I've read so many great reviews and how wonderful the massages are that I figured I would jump on this deal since I deal with chronic neck & back pain almost daily. My appointment was at 10 a.m. today. I pulled into the parking lot at 9:59 and by the time I walked into this joint it was EXACTLY 10 a.m. I was speeding up the highway to get their on time and kept checking the clock to make sir that I did. Once inside I was greeted by one of the workers (I'm thinking the office manager). I told her my name and that I had an appt. for 10 am. No problem. Yes, I had to fill out a very short form since it was my first time there that took all of 2 minutes...MAYBE 3 but that's pushing it. I am ALWAYS cognizant of the time when I go to get a massage. ALWAYS. I want to make sure I get the time I paid for (60 minutes). Once the form was filled out she asked if I needed to use the bathroom and I did which took all of 2 minutes. So, we're at 10:05 at this point. No problem! The girl who did my massage (can't remember her name. It starts with an "R". So, I'll refer to her as such) which was horrible by the way, led me to the room (it was cold in the room and right next door there was another room which I assume was an office because I could hear the phone ringing and I heard a male voice; no conversation but I heard him. Ok...no biggie.) Oh...I could also hear horns blowing from cars riding up and down the street and there was noise from construction work that was going on directly across the street. Ok...back to the "massage." I get undressed and lie face down on the table and a couple minutes pass by and I'm thinking, "What's taking her so long?" She finally comes back and begins the massage. I was sighing the WHOLE time. Listen, I've had SEVERAL massages and I know a good massage...but uhmmm....this one wasn't it! I don't know what type of technique "R" called herself using but actually their wasn't any. And aside from poor massage technique/skills she has ZERO customer service skills. She didn't tell me her name, she didn't ask how I felt as the "massage" progressed....nothing! When she first brought me to the room she asked me if I wanted full body or just neck and back. I told her just neck and back since those are my problem areas. Ok...so...this massage...UGH! It was dreadful. She kept doing the same thing over and over and over. At one point I asked her if she could go back to working on my neck but she would just work on my shoulder area and when she did "work" on my neck she slightly rubbed it a few times with her fingers. Then she ends the massage at about 40 minutes in. I'm like, "Wait....you're finished already?" She said, "Yeah." I said, "How is that? She said, "I have another massage to do at 11." There's more to this story but I'm SPENT from typing all of this right now. For real. So, I'll end with this: I complained to the lady that greeted me when I first came in; said she was sorry I wasn't satisfied and she'll speak with the owner. The sad part is, I felt NO BETTER than when I first walked in the door. AND...I still have the other Groupon from this place. Hopefully, my next massage will be worth my TIME, GAS and MONEY!

It's easy to make an appointment by contacting Marshall's assistant via text or phone.
