As a patient for the past few years, I highly recommend NP Chiropractic. I've had issues with my neck and lower back, and my treatments have been very effective in providing both immediate and long-term relief. The great results I've achieved there are easily maintained through routine visits once a month, or once every other month. When I overdo it, a few visits in one week always takes care of the problem. Overall, I feel better and healthier, and more able to engage in sports and other activities because of the great care I receive at New Providence Chiropractic. read more

Fantastic office and staff. Within the 10 months of continued treatment, they truly helped me with my mild scoliosis in my lower back. The Doctors are always available and address any questions/concerns you may have. Very accommodating to work with your schedule to implement a treatment plan. Highly recommend for anyone with any type of back pain! read more

There are no better chiropractors than Dr. Mark Schlobohm and Dr. Mike Sefcik of New Providence Chiropractic. The practice has been in business for 25 years and does more than just chiropractic adjustments. Patients get a comprehensive health evaluation including diet, weight, vitamin suggestions, and X-rays. I have never felt better. Everyone there is very professional and a pleasure to see on a weekly basis. No one even comes close. read more

BEWARE! They should not be in business. I did not go in there for neck issues, but they decided that I did have neck issues and started neck adjustments for a few weeks. I told them now my neck was beginning to hurt, and they said it was normal, and I need to come MORE. A few more weeks later, I had a herniated disc pushing against my spinal cord with MRI's to prove it. The pain was so severe, I was vomiting and collapsed several times. My career at the time was very physical, and within a few mos, I had to quit my business. I should have sued the guts out of them, but I was in too much pain and had to figure out what to do with my life next. Incompetency and arrogance at this office blows my mind. All of the chiropractors worked on me. A few years later, and I still sleep with special pillows, only on my back, and have pain every single day. Surgery is too risky, so I am stuck with this. I'm sure they won't even take a second thought to this review. They'll just bury it by soliciting other customer reviews and offering them rewards for doing so.... they did this with google when I was a new patient. This review hurts? Thank you for ruining my life. read more

We have been able to help patients from all walks of life to manage their pain since 1978. We carefully assess each patient by using modern diagnostic procedures. Dr. Mark Schlobohm Dr. Mark Schlobohm specializes in state of the art Chiropractic Techniques that rehabilitate the spine and nerves and the evaluation and treatment of sports-related injuries. He lectures extensively to the community and his profession for excellence in delivering chiropractic care. He also consults with Doctors of Chiropractic across the United States on delivering quality chiropractic care. Dr. Schlobohm graduated from Chatham High School, received his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Villanova University, PA, and his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. He is the Director of Chiropractic for the U.S. Decathlon team. He was the attending physician at the Olympics in Atlanta and Athens, Greece for the Decathlon Team and plans to assist the athletes in London for the 2012 Summer Olympics. My back needed an adjustment, and a friend said to try them out, so I came in. Never got an adjustment. Four sessions, same thing each session. He stretched my hip for 30 seconds, and put the electric pulse machine on me for 5 minutes. That was it for 4 sessions. Many chiropractors use the pulse machine so they don't have to be in the room, and can go on to another patient. I happen to have bought that pulse machine, and it gives temporary relief, but that is it. If you don't own one, you need to keep coming in to use it. They are covered on most medical plans. I bought one on ebay for less than $ 100, and it works well. It is called a Tens Unit. Other than that, he didn't do anything. This is just an in and out clinic. Quick in, quick out.

Dr. Christian a star, thorough and professional! As an internal medicine physician myself, I am exceedingly particular in choosing my own health care professionals. Dr. Christian was referred by a trusted genius neighbor who extolled how "wonderful he and his dad, also a chiropractic physician, have cared for her entire family forever." It has been 2 years since I have been going to the NP Chiropractic and not a single time I had any issues with scheduling or re-scheduling my visits. My entire family has been patients of NP Chiropractic for years. Dr M and Dr C has literally saved myself from crippling pain after throwing out my back multiple times and just recently I injured my knee and couldn't even walk into the office, but left walking after adjustments and stim treatment.
