It would take up to 9 messages to hear back at which time, I was told she doesn't take 10 min appointments. The assistants who support with calls and questions are the opposite of support - nasty attitude, rude, condescending. The friend who referred me had the same problems and experience - obviously after referring me. I'm going to try another doctor who has already proven to be responsive in a more meaningful way. I started seeing Irina at a time when I was finally ready to work through some of the emotional baggage I'd been carrying from a very difficult experience in my life a few years prior. Straight away I sensed that Irina's work would be deeply supportive of this process. In our first session, she shared that my mantra should be "release, relax, let go." Simple in principle; not always easy in practice! But I can say that after five reflexology sessions I am SO much lighter and more confident than I was when I started. You could actually see the internal changes taking place week on week-- they showed up dramatically in my face and the way i carried myself. I feel so incredibly grateful to Irina for this. (Oh, and I should also add to all this: it feels AH-mazing!). Irina is a treasure. She is clearly so experienced and gifted, and I place so much value in her wise and empowering guidance. They come with equipment if you don't have it or to supplement anything you do have. And they ease you into a workout routine rather than starting you on some crazy boot camp routine. I am much stronger and more resilient in the last month since Melisa has been coming and training me and my wife. We also have separate packages for couples sessions as opposed to individual sessions. It is expensive but let's face it, if you're not motivating to go to the gym you have no excuse. I recently finished a 14 day core challenge that Crystal set up and I was not disappointed. I admit some days were harder than others but I felt stronger each day I did the exercise. By the last week I felt a lot more confident in my execution.
