The most alarming part of my invoice was a charge of $200 for seed. A 20 pound bag of Scotts TurfBuilder Mixed Sun and Shade Seed covers 2,660 square feet and costs $70. One bag of Scotts could have covered my small 900 square foot section three times! A purchase of $210 of Scotts seed would cover 7,980 Square Feet! Winding Rivers has been non-communicative. I've made numerous phone calls, personal visits, and written requests to Winding Rivers asking them to help me understand their invoice. I have had no response from Winding Rivers Landscape. Adding insult to my injury, Winding Rivers didn't even put straw down to protect the $200 seed! Winding Rivers won't get any more work from me.
