The Outdoor Waterpark in the previous comment was never PROMISED - we were all aware that there was a chance that permits might not be granted! So what did Pavloski Developments provide? We purchased a lot and built a home in Castaway Lake subdivision about 8 years ago. We absolutely loved being there and our home. In reference to the review by Jimmy from Illinois, you are incorrect. We sold our home in December, 2019 and made a very decent profit. The Pavloski Developments offer something many others don't. Beautiful, clean, sandy beaches with swimming lakes right outside your door. A beautiful place to entertain family and guests of all ages. You also have access to a boat slip on Castle Rock lake (at a very cheap price) if you choose to have a boat on the big lake. Having snowmobile and ATV trails outside your door was also a huge incentive for us. Living on a man made lake may not be for everyone, but it was a dream come true for us and several others. We built our getaway in 2011. Since then we have enjoyed it year round with family and friends. The sandy beaches, clean lakes, and walks in the woods are awesome for our grandkids and the pool at the clubhouse is a favorite daily activity they absolutely love year round. While the area provides a quiet getaway, it's also the perfect driving distance to fun in the Dells, shopping, and access to both world ranked, top rated golf courses as well as terrific local golf courses. We also enjoy local restaurants, boating on Castle Rock, the large state park, and a host of other activities in the area. Working with Brad has always been easy and professional. My husband and I would absolutely recommend purchasing lake front property from Pavloski Developments. We purchased a lot back in 2005 with the intention to build a cabin to host family reunions instead of always going to Wisconsin Dells. Awesome development! My wife I are building with Brad and his team and I can't say one bad thing about this experience. Brad gave us a timeline of completion at closing and it looks like I have to scramble and get my furniture bought, the house is about 5 weeks ahead of schedule. They have been great to work with, all of my questions have been answered on the same day.
