Two beds were in living area along with kitchen. The beds weren't comfortable. The bathroom was big. There wasn't an exhaust fan in bathroom so it left the whole apartment humid. The housekeeping staff were very good. Mid week they came in. The space was left very tidy! We were on the third floor with no elevators. It was difficult with suitcases and we only had a carryon! The front desk sent someone to bring luggage down after I requested it. The Fri t desk staff was nice except the managers. They didn't address any issues and laughed about it. The area was convenient to the tube and also walking distance to Kensington Gardens. By the tube station, the Main Street had 2 small groceries. It was generally safe. The biggest issue was very spotty wifi. Several times I asked about it but the answer was to use the lobby. An IT person told me, the box was behind the headboard. It was probably blocking the signal and a booster couldn't be added. One of the reasons I set aged here was because it had WiFi I rooms. I wouldn't stay here again.
