Joseph helped us purchase our first home. Although we went looking ourselves on the weekends, he found us many other places to visit with him. He was always on time and talked to us about what our likes and dislikes were. After getting to know what we wanted, he was really good about trying to get the right location and must haves we were asking for. Whenever we wanted to make an offer, he called us (or emailed us) and followed through about making sure we signed the papers we needed. If we had questions, you could call him or email him and his response was always very very quick. That was really great; there wasn't a lot of waiting. I have a rental that I have always been able to find tenets by using Craig's List. Due to unusual circumstances, my suite became available in January and the type of renter that I usual attracted wasn't answering my ad. Joe recently helped us purchase a house in the San Jose, California area. We met with Joe and his Keller Williams team because we were unhappy with the agent we were working with. Being new to the San Jose area, we did not know anything about the housing market and needed someone who did. Joe filled in the gap that we were missing with our prior agent; he has the knowledge and is very in tune with the current market. Let me start by saying that it has been an absolutely fantastic experience for our family with the home buying process with Joseph. It was not only educational, but Joseph made it a lot easy by making us understand the various small details involved as we went along in the home buying process. This made the whole experience very pleasant. I had first met Joseph few months ago when he was showing a home, but at that time, we were not actively looking for a home . But the first conversation with him was so friendly, I decided that I will definitely talk to him when we start with the home buying process after a few months. Just after we started the home buying process with Joseph, it immediately felt like he is a family member. It was so easy talking to him and he was always available on phone, text messages, emails to answer any questions we had. He was very active in looking for homes in our range and notified us early in the process that a home was about to come to the market or was available and will have an open house soon. Many times, he managed to show us houses before the open house that had just come on the market. This made the process much more faster for us and we were able to get more time to consider the bidding process. Joseph was always available and went with us to show the homes. He always had good knowledge about the area where he was showing us the home and he always considered and explained the advantages of the area as it applied to our family, schools, parks, community etc. Given that it is a sellers market right now, I was really impressed with Joseph's negotiating skills.
