Lianne sold my house in San Jose CA on May 2014. Couldn´t get her to call me back half the time…read more She would leave legal documents under my door mat. Asked her to submit a free 2 week rent back to the buyer, she did not do that until the last week and we ended up paying rent for 4 days to the buyer. She promised us .05 % back after the close of escrow, I asked her to write the agreement 3-4 times and she was really reluctant to do it and now I know why. I finally got it emailed to me, it was wrong and I had to ask her to do it again. When our house finally sold she wrote me a check that was for the wrong amount ($610.00 less than what it should have been but I took it because I was tired of dealing with her at this point). We moved away and tried cashing the check for 6 weeks, check was no good, now we will have to pursue that in court. She is a crook, she made $12,600.00 off the sale of my house and couldn´t even honor the measly $2,540.00 check that she had wrote us (isn´t writing bad checks a FELONY?.) Don´t use her unless you plan on being ripped off, she´s only in it for your money and doesn´t care about you as a person.

As of late, we had an interested customer come by and Mr Dill proceeded to interfere with the viewing of the property and tell the potential buyers negative things about the mobile home. For instance he told them that someone died in it which is ridiculous since we disclose this information. And then he proceeded to tell them that there were ambulances there all the time, which makes no sense because there are ambulances all over that mobile home park all the time. Also he informed them that we had just lowered the price. This sort of behavior from a real estate agent is completely inappropriate and we will report him to the Department of Real Estate especially since we lost the buyer as a customer.
