I have only received excellent service as well as observed excellent service to others. I have found the employees to be courteous, efficient and very personable. While every company can get some constructive criticism, I find it sad that more people don't post their positive experiences. But, like usual, bad news travels faster than good news.

They have maps, brochures, and local magazines to hand out for free. Also there is a cute downtown Grants Pass area they can direct you to for shopping and dining. The town has a lot of street art! We loved walking around finding so many cute art pieces. They have a map of the street art all around town so you can easily find as much of it as you want.

I will not add any stars. I put mail in outgoing BUSINESS box on Tuesday last week with flag up…read more Finally Saturday the flag is down so I check it. There's a new piece of incoming mail but my outgoing is still in there. Fast forward to this week... put 2 more in outgoing with flag up Monday. Today, Thursday the flag is finally down. New mail in but my 3 pieces of out going are still there. This is a business box to my business. Outgoing mail is important!!! Call post office and it just rings and rings. CLOSE SAID OFFICE TO GO TO POST OFFICE. This is ridiculous. The man behind the counter says he never puts mail out anyway. I ask why not. He says cuz it will get stolen, it's just an invitation to thieves. I had already identified myself as from my business so I say, " It's a locking Business box" to which he replied , " ok I'll leave a note" this man does not give a sh!t about customer service! So now delivery people don't have to do their job because we shouldn't put outgoing mail on the box ?!??!
