I have only received excellent service as well as observed excellent service to others. I have found the employees to be courteous, efficient and very personable. While every company can get some constructive criticism, I find it sad that more people don't post their positive experiences. But, like usual, bad news travels faster than good news.

They have maps, brochures, and local magazines to hand out for free. Also there is a cute downtown Grants Pass area they can direct you to for shopping and dining. The town has a lot of street art! We loved walking around finding so many cute art pieces. They have a map of the street art all around town so you can easily find as much of it as you want.

That said, the people working there are grinding all day long. Steady, professional, and dealing with a constant stream of folks who all need something yesterday. It's not light work, and they carry it well. The wait is the only reason for four stars instead of five. The crew behind the counter? They're doing their part. So you show up and are told, "YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT"!!!!! If you don't they'll give you a number and you're on a wait list. The list has a computer board that shows your wait time, but that wait time always changes to be longer. After waiting 40 minutes for a Board time that said 15 minutes to go, I left. The next available scheduled appointment is 5 days later. This is a terrible system and the website is not accurate. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, SCHEDULED ON LINE!!!!!
