Words fail to adequately express the disappointment upon finally seeing what was delivered after many calls and inquiries as to where the flowers were? Finally arrived an hour and a half late from the time that was requested. Also wanted light pinks and blues as this was for a baby gender reveal party. I expressly requested specific flowers and colors which were not used! I think they just scrambled to throw something together when both the recipient and I started calling after the time had come and passed! We're out of state and I called on Wednesday for a Saturday at 11:00 am delivery. Also was willing to pay $150! A bit underwhelmed and confused as to how explicit instructions and descriptions AND 150 dollars can result in such a mediocre delivery. I asked for impact, strong verticality and a color pallet that would match my friends big opening at his first hair salon. That is not what was delivered. What was delivered was a 50$ desktop arrangement for a boring "get well" situation. They told me several times how busy they were, so obviously it shows. I live out in Seattle, and lost track of the time difference to get a last minute flower delivery to my Mother for her birthday. I called and spoke with the lovely Jess, who snuck me in for a last minute delivery before Ryan finished up his deliveries for the day. I was so relieved, being I had missed their cutoff for deliveries for the day, but Ryan said it would be no problem to sneak one last special delivery in! With my lack of time management (haha), they went over and above to surprise my mom with a beautiful arrangement that was already to go and made fresh today! I was excited once I read the reviews from others here about Josephine's but I have to say I was extremely disappointed with the costumer service I was provided. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Wish I could give a no star rating. I grew up in Sioux Falls, but no longer live there yet wanted to send some beautiful flowers to my Mother from a local shop. So, I used their online website to place an order. Picked my floral bouquet, entered all the information they requested including delivery date. Paid for my order and received my confirmation. I then recalled their website never gave me an opportunity to put in a message/card so the recipient would know who the flowers are from. I called Josephine's to ask to put a message and mentioned my delivery date I had selected, had I not mentioned that fact, who knows when my flowers would have been delivered as I was told via the website that the delivery date I entered was a valid date, but on the phone they informed me it is not a date they deliver. This was a complete shock to me as it was available on their website and did not state that the date selected wasn't available. At no time did any email or notification say that date would not be valid - in fact my confirmation from Josephine's had that delivery date listed as the date of delivery. I then asked how can I cancel the order as I needed the flowers to be delivered on that date and they could not help me. They told me I had to go through their third party paypal and when I followed up with questions on how that is done, they could not answer. I then received a phone call from Jo herself at Josephine's, I was asking how I can cancel the order/get a refund - since as a business, I would assume they have had to issue refunds/cancel orders before and they would be able to guide a patron in the best way possible to accomplish this. As the conversation went on, Jo became increasingly disrespectful and rude. She said there was nothing she could do, that ordering from her website it is different than ordering in person or over the phone, she does not control her website and after reading what Paypal has on their website regarding refunds (as her staff had previously informed me I needed to do in order to get a refund), she told me that was incorrect. Jo said, I have to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge to get the refund. Finally, when I was attempting to clarify/summarize all that she had explained, that the sole responsibility for cancelling/receiving a refund would be the patrons responsibility and the business would not take any ownership/assistance with the issue, she actually said to me "Oh Whatever" and then hung up the phone on me. I truly feel that is terrible costumer service. A little politeness/understanding goes a long way. I will never be using their services again and I hope others will not either or I would highly suggest that Josephine's no longer accept online orders or figure out how to properly update their website to take orders/correct issues when they arrive. I really am still in shock that a business owner/representative would actually say to a customer "Oh Whatever" and then HANG UP on the customer. read more

Josephine's was wonderful in handling a same day request when I called from out of town. Despite my being last minute the woman who took the call was friendly, helpful and professional, and the flowers were delivered as promised that afternoon. My sister loved the bouquet (sent me a pic so I can confirm it was gorgeous) and as a bonus, the flowers lasted for quite a long time. read more

I placed an online flower arrangement order for my sister the other day in the afternoon and they promptly tried to deliver the same day but unfortunately she was not home so they rescheduled for the next day. I love how they have different options that fit your budget and the pictures they show are not generic arrangements you see on the other flower shops websites (which is why I went with them).
