When we dropped of the jacket, the staff person throughly went over the jacket and provided recommended some additional services to fully restore and modernize it but was not pushy. They had indicated that the jacket would be back in a little than a week and were actually able to return it to me sooner. They also have an extremely secure facility with a secure access, which allows them to safely store items for customers. When possible, I wouldn't hesitate to return to complete those suggestions or store my jacket there.
