Having used a number of alteration shops in Memphis, Rocky does the best job. His prices are fair and he has the clothing ready on the dates he promised. There is one more service that he provides that I find particularly outstanding: Rocky offers independent judgment. By that I mean he is intent upon making valuable recommendations. On multiple occasions, I wanted to have my clothes altered in a certain way and he gently suggested a better alternative. She questioned why fiancé even called her, and went as far as to say "nobody will do this for you" and that my fiancé "will ruin the dress if she pursues alterations." However, my fiancé has already had conversations with other alteration businesses that said no such thing. If this is how she acts when someone is trying to give her business, I can only imagine it's worse once she takes your money.
