I cannot recommend her enough. I found her through a friend who used her for her wedding. The pictures she took for my friends wedding were literally out of a wedding magazing!! With us - first, she started with our engagement pics (included in our wedding package), which were amazing. We were hoping to wing things and she was able to find beautiful spots to take so so many amazing photos in. She got them all edited and back to us within a month (and this, mind you, is during peak wedding season). THEN comes the wedding planning. I was a very detailed planner, and Caitlin and I were a match made in vendor heaven. She was in contact with us throughout our 2.5 year engagement, helping us get a grip on what we will need for wedding time, and then about a month before, she sends over a whole website (!!!) for us to fill out to keep track of things we want, timelines, contacts, picture lists, etc. Not having to type that all up in an email and answer it questionnaire style was literally the best ever. I even received an email from her at one point telling me that if I need to talk about wedding planning to get talked back from the ledge, she could talk me down. How great is that - not only concerned with her piece in the wedding, but making sure that things are going great for me. On the wedding day, Caitlin and her assistant photographer Megan were like ninjas. Everything we wanted in pictures was captured beautifully. Our wedding photos were sent to us while we were on our honeymoon - not even 2 weeks after the event - GORGEOUS. Totally edited and ready to use. She uses an online album sharing tool to view (and you can download/order as well from there). But is also sending along a USB full of all the pictures for us to keep. Caitlin you ROCK!! I would recommend you to ANYONE!

I was really looking forward to being a part of the wall of composites of all of my fellow students…read morethat I graduated with as well as the years before us. That is, until I was reviewing the portraits that I had to choose from. None of the images looked anything like me. Not only was I positioned very awkwardly but it made me look like I was much heavier than I am. The photos were embarrassing. When I expressed my concerns in an email to someone in the studio, she basically told me to either take it or leave it. I had the option to either pick an awful picture or not be a part of the composite with the rest of my class that I worked so hard to be a part of. I asked to have my pictures retaken or to choose an image of a different angle, but those options were also shot down. I expressed how badly I wanted to be a part of the composite but I could not choose an image that I was so unhappy with and still have not received a response. It has now been several weeks since my last email to the studio, at this point I am not sure if my photo that I paid to have in the composite will be a part of it or not. I was unable to purchase any additional photos to have for myself or to give to my family to remember such a monumental moment of graduating nursing school. However, I am glad that I didn't purchase additional photos because after seeing the edited images some of my friends have purchased. The photoshop work looks very unnatural. I have actually seen Snapchat filters deliver better and more natural looking images. Unfortunately, due to the lack of good quality photos and even worse customer service I could not recommend this studio to anyone. I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Customer satisfaction is last on this studios list of priorities.

I felt completely comfortable the day of the wedding because I knew that she would capture all of the details and important moments that I wanted. To top it all off, Katie sent in the mail a personalized locket with some of our wedding photos, a keepsake that I will treasure forever. I e-mailed Allison, the owner, and she got back to me right away. She met with me, my then fiance, and his mother to discuss the details and found out more about us. I really liked that she brought another photographer, Melynda, to our ceremony and reception. It allowed for more unique angles and helped bring our photos to life with more candid shots during the posed ones. The team was very professional and very open to ideas, even on our wedding day. Allison and Melynda made us feel very comfortable and captured so many beautiful shots of us and our families. Our reception was at the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium- I was nervous that the lighting might be difficult to work with, but Allison pulled it off so well.
