How does that happen! Hopefully, the owner will acknowledge their mistake and resolve it.....after spending almost $5,000 there this month! The owner, Robbie, worked with us and we were able to come to an agreement. BMW being fixed today, and Robbie was very apologetic and takes his family owned business very seriously. Happy we were able to fix the communication problems and I plan on continue using their services. I recommend supporting locally owned businesses in our community and I hope to be a returning customer for the next several years to come. Hard to find trustworthy auto repair shops. I appreciate and respect Robbie's willingness to resolve the communication issue.

Took it to Central Florida Diesel Performance they ran test on it and said it needed high pressure fuel pump, alternator, and a couple of other things along with fixing A/C they did all this for half the price Ford wanted, the Truck runs like new put over a 1000 miles sense they fixed it Central Florida Diesel Performance is the only place we will take our Diesel Trucks. Winner's typical brake job is new ceramic pads with machining the current rotors and costs $208.40 +tax per axle. Oil change with filter is $64.95 for 5qt full synthetic. I learned about this auto repair place from my employer that used them to repair company cars…read more Initially the first four years were good except they had one female employee in 2021 answering the phones and always told me that they were booked solid. They had done my oil changes, my brakes, and a few other small things. I got suspicious when the fuel cleaning did not improve my gas mileage. This year (May) I took it to have the air conditioning looked at. My air conditioning went from cold to slightly cold, then to warm and then too hot over a period of two weeks. So I took it in and Larry the owner told me that I needed a new compressor at the cost of $1350.00. I do have a Warranty program, but I try not to use it because so far I have not used it at the end you get half the money back that you paid over the lifetime of the warranty. I called my warranty company and they approved it. Two days after I took it into Larry's auto care. I called on a Thursday and spoke to a female, which I believe was Larry's wife. She said she was very busy and would not get back to me that day, but she would get back to me the following day, which would be Friday. I never got called back Although my car is nine years old, I don't have 100,000 miles on it yet. I found it hard to believe it needed a brand new compressor. So I called Sam the owner of Revco. He had me bring it in right away, but kept it overnight which was fine. He called me the next day with a quote of $283. I didn't tell him about the experience with Larry's total auto care until after the fact.
