They did so with right there, right then, and at a very affordable cost. When my son and I were unable to complete the job on the diff, we brought the truck to them and they finished the job. After driving the truck around now for several weeks, it's like I have a whole new truck. It is driving very well and the total cost for all this work was more than reasonable. Already steep, but I appreciated that they seemed honest and even helped diagnose a few front-end issues, which I took care of myself before bringing the truck back. But after returning for the alignment, I was hit with a $614 bill. Their explanation? An extra $270 on top of the original quote, supposedly for the bushing installation--something that was never clearly communicated beforehand. After some going back and forth, they refunded me $20. I would have never returned to Ramsey's had I known they planned to charge me $600 for an alignment. If y'all want to make it right, I will happily delete this review.

Took it to Central Florida Diesel Performance they ran test on it and said it needed high pressure fuel pump, alternator, and a couple of other things along with fixing A/C they did all this for half the price Ford wanted, the Truck runs like new put over a 1000 miles sense they fixed it Central Florida Diesel Performance is the only place we will take our Diesel Trucks.
