It may have just been my reading, but honestly 90% felt extremely generalized. Or typical, with regards to how people try to sum you up. She said she saw me in an aerobic dance class, possibly Zumba. I love watching dancing on tik tok but have never done those type classes, or will. I thought this was kind of intuitive regarding my love of dance, then I realized I was wearing Yoga pants and an aerobic style gym shirt.. I may be hard to read, but only a couple things resonated in the hour I was there, and those easily could've been from picking things up from conversation and looks. There was nothing concrete to suggest mom was really there. I liked Lindsay a lot. She may work for you but didn't for me. I gave two stars because I felt slightly better after leaving simply because I think it was therapeutic. And the office is beautiful. But nothing stood out or was convincing. For $300 for an hour I expected more. Also it will cost $10 to park there unless you find a spot on the street, which is difficult. I'm leaving this review because I had read so many great reviews. At first I was slightly uncertain since I was the only woman in class, besides the Yogi Luna. Doing nude yoga for the first time...I am sure others might respond the same way. I was 100% down to try it, but I was pleased when another woman arrived just as things were starting. Yay solidarity! I quickly learned that being naked, while important (if you are comfortable enough to do it...nobody is going to pressure you.) is NOT anything that you even have time to focus on. this was a professional and soul freeing experience. Professional in that you are being taught by a professional, Luna. You are so busy concentrating on the proper poses while doing the proper breathing, that you don't have time to focus on the lack of clothing. Luna is sure to watch the class to determine if you need to modify your experience as well as to be "security". I spoke with her after class and she informed me that certain poses produce certain ...natural "results" from some men, but anyone trying to use this class as free "entertainment" will be quickly asked to leave. The soul freeing part of this experience is evident from start to finish. You start fully clothed and do a few basic poses. The" freeing of the layers" is incorporated in a very natural way. Again, you only remove what is best for you. I went all in. What i got out of the class was a different and rhythmic type of stretch and flow. It was lower lit and there was pleasant music that didn't overpower her class. I loved this experience and I WILL be back. I highly suggest that you open your minds to enhance your bodies and try this unique experience. I mean...we were born naked so how can THAT be wrong?
