I called on a Saturday morning for first available date. Alex told me he had a huge job on Monday and Tuesday of the following week but he could get to me on Wednesday. He arrived Wednesday morning as promised ready to go. He was alone because his helper didn't show up for work. Even though he was short handed he still got the job done in a fair amount of time. I think SIU only did one pass. Stains that were deep have returned and I was able to get them to decrease in appearance by using rug cleaner. The carpets do look cleaner aside from the stains but the edges of carpet still appear dirty. I had to vacuum again. For the price, I would shop elsewhere especially if the carpets are cleaned for a longer period by other cleaners.
