TERRIBLE customer service! I repeat, TERRIBLE customer service! Save yourself the headache and don't even bother signing up - honestly! I switched to Bank of America for merchant services, not only did they beat the current rates I had, but customer service is great - I even have the cell phone number of my rep incase something goes wrong. Oh, and if something does goes wrong with CPS (such as being over charged, like I was every month, account problems, you name it) good luck ever getting the right person on the phone. You will ALWAYS be re-directed to someone who can't help you and wants you to call back. I'm not rambling here - just speaking my experience, and for the company I referred. I was embarrassed to say the least to refer someone here! Don't let the friendly people in the INITIAL phone calls suck you in, because once you sign the contract the customer service goes right out the window.
