I switched to Bank of America for merchant services, not only did they beat the current rates I had, but customer service is great - I even have the cell phone number of my rep incase something goes wrong. Oh, and if something does goes wrong with CPS (such as being over charged, like I was every month, account problems, you name it) good luck ever getting the right person on the phone. You will ALWAYS be re-directed to someone who can't help you and wants you to call back. I'm not rambling here - just speaking my experience, and for the company I referred.
