The school has done very well accommodating her IEP, and when I had issues they addressed them in a timely manner. The only problem we struggle with now is the no cell phone law. I don't agree with no cell phones. I know it's a state law but I don't feel my child is protected. She has severe anxiety and wears headphones and listens to music, so I got her an mp3 player this year. It helps but if she needs me she has to either go to nurse or email me. Until violence in our schools is controlled, I think cell phones should be allowed! Teachers can manage cell phone usage in classrooms. Even most teachers disagree with the cell phone ban.

They would not let me on my chromebook to work they made me do paper work and when i was on my chromebook they made me use a projector so they can watch what i was doing because of an incident that happened at burleson high. I was so embaressed and every time i went to school there it was a total disgrace. It made me feel like I am less of a human and it made me feel like i was a total piece of sh*t.

Teachers meet students where they are at and help them grow. Social-emotional development is also a big area of focus. Students are kind towards each other and they engage in projects to teach them things like gratitude and appreciation for others. FWA also has a great sense of community. If there is ever a concern school leadership is there to listen and help any way they can. I'm so glad I found this school for my child.

Our daughter Aleah is 3 years old now, and she absolutely loves the water! We have a pool at home,…read moreand last summer she wanted to swim every single day. She has never shown any fear when it comes to being in or under the water. So after the summer ended, we decided it was important to enroll her in swim lessons--not only for her safety, but also to give her more structure and proper instruction. We started lessons in mid-January. At first, progress felt slow because some of the coaches seemed more focused on following their lesson checklist than allowing her to actually swim and build confidence. They often held onto her, and we felt like she was regressing a bit. Then we found Coach Ryan, and everything changed. He has been fantastic! Instead of constantly cradling her, he gives her clear instructions and allows her the opportunity to learn and swim on her own. It has been so much fun watching him work with her and seeing her confidence grow. Within about three weeks, he had taught her how to float on her back by herself! Now we're working on more consistent kicking and helping her confidently roll from her belly to her back. That's one thing I would recommend though is consistency of the coaches. They have high turn around and I feel like everytime we have to change coach she regressed. On the positive note. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Taylor. She is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly attentive, always willing to help with scheduling, and keeps everything running smoothly. Honestly, I don't know if the parents would be nearly as happy without her. Overall, this is a wonderful place for children to become comfortable in the water, learn essential water safety skills, and build confidence while having fun. We highly recommend it!

She has specific time slots that need to be filled and you can choose which time slots works w your schedule. I believe you have to show up 15 minutes before your massage to fill out a questionnaire. They are located in the H.P.E. building. I'm assuming it stands for the Heath and Physical Education Building. The massage room is nice and spacious. It's dark and cool inside. Each space is divided by curtain so, you can hear the dialogue going on with the person next to you and know if they enjoyed the massage too. Lol. My Massage Therapist had great energy. She was a Medium sized Asian and warned me of her heavy hand. I told her no, I'm not a fan of that. She said, ok, I'll make sure to be soft. She did an incredible job. It was relaxing and comforting. Soft music plays in the background as you get your massage. I rembering hearing a Christian Instrumental Song. I just can't think of the name but, it was nice to recognize the tune. Afterwards, you fill out a Post Massage Therapy assessment form then your good to go! I would definitely recommend a Massage from this College.

I have 2 boys that participate in high school basketball at Grace Prep Academy. When they started 3…read moreyears ago the program only won 4 games the entire season. Year 2 with new coach Richie Alfred we not only had a winning season but went to the playoffs. This year we are undefeated in district and with a few games left we are on the verge of being undefeated in district. Richie is not only an excellent coach but an even better person and leader for my boys. I am very happy and thankful for the direction on this school as well as the athletic opportunities .
