Finally got through to someone and was told that they had canceled my appointment without my knowledge because the esthetician had COVID LOL. Then they just called me one week before my comped appt is supposed to be and she tells me that the OWNER is only willing to give me 20% off now. They royally messed up my whole day and then promised to fix it and then took back their word. Absolutely horrible establishment. So not only will Regena Spa be losing me as a customer but many others and also whomever sees this Yelp review and google review I'll be writing next.
