This review is only for Chiropractor side....Unfortunately will have to write about experience with Chiropractor and Mandy I believe her name is, she was new when I returned from a few months ago. I had used this location for other treatments on the wellness side and started with Chiropractor well into a year after, first was great, no issues, until I asked Dr to get an X-ray on my neck because things where not improving, there was always an excuse as to why he did have access to my results then after I stopped coming due to a transition but after a few months coming back I decided to do the auto payment "BIG MISTAKE " I used to just buy the package deals and used as I could. Well this new person who can be such impossible person to deal with, at fist she come across very politely with a fake smile, watch out if you question anything because instead of her behaving as a professional and be a problem solver she just gets defensive and acts rude with and attitude as If she given you service for free not realizing that her wages are coming from us the patients. Had my kid and I on auto, there was a problem so I ask for it to stop, they over charged me, then asked her for a super bill, made me wait for a while which after 30 days your insurance will not accept so ended up with NO reimbursement and leaving 2-3 treatments for my son because he refused coming back because he witness me having a not very pleasant discussion with her so he felt awkward over super bill for the 3rd time which she would refuse to say when it would happen, Such an arrogant person, I address this with Dr but of course he sided with her and when for the last time ask to review my results of the the last X-ray I had he made all these excuses as there was something wrong with the disk and had to retake it again. Well finally had it!! For the last time had a feeling he was not telling the truth....Went to another chiropractor and same disk got read results so because couldn't handle the stressful experiences I had to deal with every time I left feeling worst...,,,,left the remainder of my kids treatment, over paid and didn't get my reimbursement, it's awful when you come to a place to deal with health issues just so you get worst and pay for it!! Never got better instead my symptoms got worse. Stupid me gave this Dr several chances, should just stay away the first time I left but I always give the benefit of doubt another chance but this time turn out to be a very sour experience. Update: I came into the location on 67th Ave and 101, it is so much nicer than the other location. My therapist Julie was friendly, professional, and provided a good massage attending to my needs. I will definitely be back. Thanks guys! I really wanted to like this place but my massage was average. The location is right across the street from where I live, so I was so happy to see they have a massage special. The treatment was not the best but not the worst I've had in my life. I had a male therapist whom I can not remember his name. I base my massage ratings on the lasting affects, and I felt just about as sore the next day. Asked for more pressure but little was added. They really helped me with my chronic lower back problems. Some of their treatments such as stem cell are expensive, however I got a very reasonable package deal for adjustments and decompression therapy. I was almost crippled with pain when I went there and it is now much better even though several months have passed since treatment. While I still have some stiffness in my back, it is now entirely manageable and the pain no longer interferes with my day to day living. Also I rarely need anti-inflammatory meds which I had been taking daily prior to treatment. I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. read more

Awesome chiropractor! I went in with severe neck pain that prevented me from weightlifting as well as some every day activities. I started going in once a week to get adjusted and within a few weeks I noticed a significant difference. Roughly a year ago my knees began causing me pain and extreme discomfort. After x-rays, it was determined that my problem was deteriorating cartilage in both knees. After consulting with Dr. Robert Graham, a trusted friend of mine for some 30 years, it was determined that I was a good candidate for stem cell injections. The evidence is in that stem cell therapy works. I had the injections done in both knees in December, 2016. There is no down time, so I was able to return to my regular routine right away. True to Dr. Graham's prognosis, it is mid-March, 2017, and I am pain free in both of my knees. I would add that my left thumb is arthritic, so some stem cells were injected there as well.
