People DIE from asthma attacks, so for your practice to be so callous is disgusting. I wish I could say that that was bad enough, IT WASN'T. Your practice retaliated against my father by not answering his phone calls about his own medical issues. That resulted in a serious complaint, of which NO ONE in your practice did a damn thing. There wasn't even a resolution provided. Now let's talk about the utter failure on your practice's part in treating my father properly. Since 2019, your practice consistently treated him for what?... A FRICKEN UTI! That is an abnormal issue and a first sign of bladder cancer in men. Instead of upholding your hypocratic oath, your practice opted to simply run a generic in office test, instead of sending it out for further testing. SINCE 2019! The laziness knows no bounds. It wasn't until your practice retaliated against him for the ridiculous issue you took with my mother, forcing both of them to go to Upstate Internist Associates in MAY 2023, at the initial visit, that my father was diagnosed with the most aggressive form of bladder cancer. In fact, the cancer was at the wall, about to breach other organs, when my father was told that his entire life was about change fast. He lost everything, his bladder, his ability to function at a full-time job, he wasn't even close to retirement age, your malpractice and negligence destroyed the financial stability of my parents, and your practice ruined my dad's life. He can't work, he can't do the basic things he loved, like drag racing, he even enjoyed working as a printer press operator, which he'd done for over 35 years. Your practice's malpractice and negligence destroyed so much for both of my parents. And the truly fucked up part? Your practice is going to get away with it because NYS is a fucking prison on planet bullshit. May your Wi-Fi remain as slow as your intelligence, and may every cup of your shitty coffee be simultaneously burned and cold.

The next day, I was wheel chaired to the med/surg unit. I asked to be bathed. They threw wet wipes on the tray table...DIY, I guessed. Day 3...I Demanded to Shower...a nice make nurse got me to the shower & disappeared. I managed, despite an incision from breast bone to pubic bone. No TY to them. Pray I never see them again

Dr. Kavety and her NP, Kaitlin Corona, are awesome. Dr. Kavety finally diagnosed me with PMDD after two previous GYNs told me that my hormones had nothing to do with my emotions (completely untrue) and disregarded my complaints. She switched my birth control to one that worked better for my PMDD and put me on zoloft to help also, and I haven't struggled with my PMDD since then. Kaitlin Corona finally diagnosed my PCOS. I went in for bad pain in my lower abdomen and she did an internal ultrasound and told me I had PCOS. I'd had symptoms for years prior, but the other two GYNs I'd seen at other offices told me I was fine and didn't have it. Kaitlin confirmed that I'd actually had PCOS for years. She gave me some papers to read about it and told me I could call with any questions. She also got me in to see an endocrinologist, as usually a GYN and endocrinologist deal with PCOS together. It did take about 2 months to get in to see her for the first appointment, but usually that's the case for most specialty doctors since they have so much demand.

CNY was the only clinic that would give my embryos a chance. I had 2 abnormal embryos and 1 high…read morelevel mosaic. My local fertility clinic would not transfer them nor would any clinic around me. CNY would. So I had them shipped to CNY. The process was easier than I expected. Everything is done through a portal but I can say my local clinic didn't hold my hand anymore than CNY did in this process. I think most clinics now are like ivf factories so join Facebook groups, or whatever else to find people going through the same thing to lean onto for support. Ultimately out of my 3 embryos I had a chemical pregnancy and 2 that did not take. So while the testing was probably accurate I love that I had the decision to decide with CNY whether I wanted to transfer those embryos or not.
