I own a pair of nice Johnston & Murphy, lamb-skin shoes. I have never owned any shoe-wear this nice ever! I had no idea how to take care of them (which is weird because my great-great grandfather was a cobler -- you think it would be in my genes, lol). So, I looked on yelp, found these guys, and they were super helpful! They taught me the ropes on shoe care, help me buy the right stuff to take care of my shoes at home, then did a professional job to restore my shoes for a mere $7. I really thought it was gonna be more. #awesomesauce They also have a whole shoe store of which they are eager to help anyone with. But, I just need the yearly restore and the information. If you are getting your shoes restored anywhere else, you might be wasting your time. This is the best place in NWA!!!

He showed me new ways to tie my laces and took the time to figure out I had a wider foot and my feet were different sizes. But I worked for a retail company that thought their products sold themselves for almost a decade. But I am a huge believer that great customer service is what really attracts the money. Today, my mom and I shopped here, we were the only customers in the whole store and no one helped us. At one time my mom was trying on one of the sample shoes and a red head girl asked, "those don't fit?" My mom responded, "unfortunately no." And the sales girl replied, "aw that's too bad." Do I need to say more? What a perfect opportunity for her to say, "oh well let me grab one in your size!" And that's even just the basics. There was about 4 employees in the store who could have easily made a sale from us. We looked at everything. We were ready to buy more than just the $18 sunglasses we got. But our interests soon expired since their interest in us didn't seem exist in the first place. Mason, I'm disappointed. I encourage the management to take a higher interest in the customer service of their employees. Customers need to feel not only welcomed, but wanted.

Since I'm a bit far to drive up just for a shopping spree, I emailed the company to inquire about the necklace. Liz emailed me back immediately to describe the situation: they were out of stock, but would try to see about getting the necklaces from another source for me. Not even a week later, she emailed again to let me know about new stock that had arrived, even sending pictures along. I asked her to set aside one in Teal and one in Salmon. She replied, asking me to call Cassandra at Masons' mall location, who would ship them out to me the same day so I wouldn't have to wait over the weekend. And when they arrived? They were paired with beautiful earrings that I wasn't expecting and even a personalized thank you note from Liz just for shopping with Masons. I love it! Extremely delightful people to work with and I'm so happy with both necklaces and earring sets. If I'm ever in the area, I'm definitely stopping to shop with them again!
