I hardly ever post reviews but I feel this shop needs a little constructive criticism. I love masons and everything they sell. But I worked for a retail company that thought their products sold themselves for almost a decade. But I am a huge believer that great customer service is what really attracts the money. Today, my mom and I shopped here, we were the only customers in the whole store and no one helped us. At one time my mom was trying on one of the sample shoes and a red head girl asked, "those don't fit?" My mom responded, "unfortunately no." And the sales girl replied, "aw that's too bad." Do I need to say more? What a perfect opportunity for her to say, "oh well let me grab one in your size!" And that's even just the basics. There was about 4 employees in the store who could have easily made a sale from us. We looked at everything. We were ready to buy more than just the $18 sunglasses we got. But our interests soon expired since their interest in us didn't seem exist in the first place. Mason, I'm disappointed. I encourage the management to take a higher interest in the customer service of their employees. Customers need to feel not only welcomed, but wanted. read more

I've never shopped here in person, but have had amazing customer service via email and phone. I'd found a bubble necklace online and was told that Masons sold it in store. Since I'm a bit far to drive up just for a shopping spree, I emailed the company to inquire about the necklace. Liz emailed me back immediately to describe the situation: they were out of stock, but would try to see about getting the necklaces from another source for me. Not even a week later, she emailed again to let me know about new stock that had arrived, even sending pictures along. I asked her to set aside one in Teal and one in Salmon. She replied, asking me to call Cassandra at Masons' mall location, who would ship them out to me the same day so I wouldn't have to wait over the weekend. And when they arrived? They were paired with beautiful earrings that I wasn't expecting and even a personalized thank you note from Liz just for shopping with Masons. I love it! Extremely delightful people to work with and I'm so happy with both necklaces and earring sets. If I'm ever in the area, I'm definitely stopping to shop with them again! read more

This is a high end store with low end customer service. I bought a $100+ dress for a friend's birthday dinner and it ripped up the side. After wearing it once I brought it back due to the poor quality. Because I was outside the return window they wouldn't refund me or give me store credit. Super disappointed. read more

Mason's is a Fayetteville staple! You can always find something classic and on trend, and their shoe selection is to DIE FOR. Not kidding. It's also a great place to shop for a gift because they have something at every price point and they do beautiful gift wrapping! The staff is so helpful and sweet. A must-visit boutique! read more

This is Mason's flagship location. Though they primarily cater to women, they have a little section allocated to men's clothing. They carry casual wear, with brands like Ben Sherman and Joe's Jeans. They also have a large selection of Tom's (for both men and women). Prices are pretty high, so I've usually only bought something there on sale. They also have a pretty strict return policy so it can be a pain. It is nice to shop local, however, and great to have a spot where you can get good men's clothing that'll make you standout from the polos and chinos standard. read more
