Wore them one night and brought them back for larger size. Sales team then informs me that only works on Red Wings not Irish Setters. Was totally disappointed. Paid a lot of money and they would not do anything about their mistake. No signs in the store either. This is totally unacceptable but they are independent and do not answer to Red Wing. So I am hanging out to dry on this purchase.

I don't usually do self check out" and she just crossed her arms and went back to standing acting all annoyed because I asked for help. Every time I use self check out there's an issue stop with the self checkouts. Some of your employees need a better attitude. Q
